Cheat tea. Chicken Rendang Curry

Didn’t fancy slaving away tonight after a long day at work so nipped into Tesco local for a jar of thai curry paste but saw this instead that looked more interesting!

I would highly recommend it – Mr Gor must have said “Mmmmmmmmmm” about 5 times during his tea! I had to admit that I had cheated though čśŽ

I just added skinless chicken thigh, onions peppers, sugar snaps and baby sweetcorn and a tin of low fat coconut milk, oven cooked for about 45 mins and served with brown rice and chopped corriander! 10 min prep tea but very tasty! pretty spicy too so be warned if you are a korma person!

Next time I will be trying to make my own paste though! watch this space.

£2.40 a jar in tesco. Worth a try for an easy tea night.
